SKEEBY teenager Jonathan Richardson, has travelled to motorcycle manufacturer Sherco’s factory at Barcelona.
It was at Sherco’s suggestion that Richardson travel to the factory and have a new 290cc Sherco machine built by specialist Paxau to his personal requirements. This service is only afforded to youngsters who show great potential.
Richardson will, therefore, have a full works specification machine comparable with that of former world champion Albert Cabestany, who finished second in the opening World Indoor Trial at Sheffield Arena last month.
Not only will the Richmond Motor Club member ride the best machine available, but he is at present practising with Scarborough’s Michael Brown, world champion Toni Bou and Cabestany.
The latter are the top two in world indoor trialling at present.
