The Ladies Golf Challenge was held on May 25, with Lady Captain Sue Marshall and Lady Vice Captain Caroline Whitehead teeing off at 5.15am to start their epic 90@90 golf challenge in aid of Sue’s nominated charity, Blesma - The Limbless Veterans Charity.

Despite the wind and rain, the Ladies completed their challenge of playing 90 holes of golf and walking 28.5 miles each, in record time at just over 14 hours. Their efforts have so far raised over £ 2,800 for the charity – a great achievement.

Although tired and with aching feet, Sue Marshall thanked all those who had supported the event including club sponsors Simpson Millar Solicitors and local Richmond retailers for their generous donations.
