MY husband is in a nursing home and his yearly assessment was carried out on March 12.
I was unable to attend as they could only give me a vague time of the visit i.e. in the afternoon!
I have since received a letter saying his condition is unchanged but in the letter the staff member referred to him as Marshall, not his Christian name or even the courtesy title Mr, just Marshall.
How disrespectful to refer to an elderly person in such a way.
