Sir, – It was heartwarming reading that Brymor Ice Cream at Jervaulx – threatened with closure after the farm had been sold – will carry on under new ownership(D&S, Jan 30).
For my late wife, who was a Masham resident for many years, a visit to Brymor was always a must. During many visits one was often welcomed and had a chat with the owner Brian Moore.
It is to be hoped the business will continue being successful for the new owners and to the memory of Brian Moore who worked so hard to achieve what he did.
