Police are investigating a suspicious incident in which a man approached an elderly woman as she was using the cashpoint.
It happened at about 1pm on Sunday, May 19, on Westgate, in Guisborough.
The man is described as white, 6ft tall, of slim build and in his 40s.
He had a tanned complexion, black shiny slicked back hair and he was wearing a turquoise jacket and black or blue jeans and white trainers. He had a brown paper bag with him.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "We would appeal for anyone with information, doorbell/dashcam or CCTV footage which could help ongoing enquiries to get in touch.
"Please contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 093212.
