A JCB telehandler was stolen from Stokesley Tennis Club last week, sparking a police investigation.
The yellow telehandler was taken at 7.03pm on Wednesday, April 3, before being driven towards Guisborough.
CCTV footage tracks the vehicle travelling along the Guisborough Road, Great Ayton, then onto Newton Road, Great Ayton at 7.16pm. It is believed that it was then driven along the A171 towards Charltons.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "We’re appealing any information that could help or dash camera footage that shows the telehandler being driven at this time.
"We have now recovered the telehandler which has been returned to its owner.
"Please email SNAStokesley@northyorkshire.police.uk if you have any information that could help our investigation or call North Yorkshire Police on 101.
