North Yorkshire jams business Fearne & Rosie has been named as one of the country's best new businesses.
The UK’s longest running index of disruptive new startups, the Startups 100, has released its 2024 lineup and Hawes-based Fearne & Rosie has made the list, ranking 53rd out of 100.
“I’m passionate about helping families eat a little healthier, that’s why I founded Fearne & Rosie,” said Rachel Kettlewell.

Run by Startups.co.uk, the Startups 100 offers a showcase of new businesses that demonstrate innovation, solid financials, opportunity in their market, a great concept, and a strong customer base or following. The list has previously identified brands including Monzo, Deliveroo and HelloFresh.
Fearne & Rosie jams are made up of 70% fruit , and 40% less sugar than an average jar of jam. Made from all natural ingredients, the jams are designed to help families make healthier choices and reduce unnecessary sugar intake.
The business now has the fastest growing jam in the UK and 2023 saw the business grow +300%, and 2024 looks set to be another record year with a fresh new look about to debut, and wider retail distribution already in the bag.
