Born in 2000, Charlotte, from Guisborough, is rapidly gaining the highest acclaim for her performances in the UK and overseas. Her talent for music and, in particular singing, shone whilst attending the Laurence Jackson Secondary School in Guisborough, and when she sang at the official opening of the new school in 2016. Since then, she has sung with the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain and has participated in the Samling Academy (developing the next generation of classical singers in the North East of England).

In October 2017, Charlotte sang at Westminster’s Central Hall, London, for 2,000 invited guests and July 2018 saw her singing at the Proms in the Priory, Guisborough, with the London Gala Orchestra.

Further afield, Charlotte has been invited for four summers to perform a number of recitals in Bagni di Lucca, Italy, including one with pianist Stefano Teani. In 2022, she was part of a small ensemble recording of "A Song for the Commonwealth" that was heard around the UK and Commonwealth as the beacons were lit in celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Later that year, she had the great honour of joining the Band of the Royal Fusiliers at Durham Cathedral as their soloist for the 2022 Festival of Remembrance.

Last month, Charlotte was the principal soloist at a proms concert at the O2 City Hall, Newcastle. She has also supported many charity events in Guisborough, including the open gardens at Tudor Croft, St Paulinus Church and the Guisborough Choral Society at St Nicholas Church.
