An appeal has been launched following an incident involving a group of men in Darlington.
Police are appealing for more information following the altercation on Vane Terrace between 2 and 3pm on Monday (October 23).
Durham Police believe the incident was recorded by someone in the area and have released an image of the incident.
They said: "Several people are believed to have recorded the incident, which happened between 2pm and 3pm, on their phones.
"We’d like to speak to the two men pictured as they may be able to help us with our enquiries.
