Crowds turned out for the 73rd annual Borrowby Agricultural and Horticultural Society's Show and Gymkhana on Saturday.
The event, being held for a second time on a Saturday after switching from its previous Wednesday slot last year, took place at Hillside Rural Acitivities Park at Knayton, near Thirsk.
The weather stayed mostly fine, and although overcast at times, show-goers were treated to warm sunshine in the afternoon.
Vintage and classic tractors, which paraded in the main ring, proved popular, and the showjumping rings were busy all day.
There were strong entries in the new 5k race, which saw runners take on a undulating circular road course out to Borrowby and back, while the sheep classes proved as competitive as ever.
Produce and craft classes saw good entries, and the guinea pig and rabbit tent was a hit with younger visitors.
In the main ring, Liz Darley showed off some beautiful Clydesdales, Wharfedale Terrier Racing put on a display which drew the crowds and Hurworth Hunt Pony Club performed a musical ride to a variety of modern and classic songs.
Other attractions included classic cars, a variety of trade stands, and music from Northallerton Silver Band.
Show secretary Natalie Cooke said it had been an "amazing" turnout, thanked the volunteers and judges, and congratulated all the day's competitors for their achievements.
