Developers of a new McDonald's restaurant have revealed the progress on the new venue and have set an opening date for when customers can get their first meal.
It was announced in 2022 that the fast food chain would be opening up a branch on a new A19 development off York Road in Thirsk - signalling the latest in a long line of restaurants for McDonald's.
While Greggs and Costa were also announced for the A19 site, it's McDonald's who have given the latest update about the new facility.
Posting some images of the progress of the restaurant , the well-known brand posted the caption 'The new restaurant is taking shape, not long to go now!'.
Alongside the new images, McDonald's have also announced that the new branch would be opening on Wednesday, May 24.
For those diners who are looking forward to it opening, the new restaurant boasts plenty of car park space, 24 hour service, a new and shiny restaurant with the latest technology and a drive-thru lane.
