House prices in Stockton-on-Tees have gone up by an average of over £500 in the month of February, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in February 2023 average house prices in Stockton-on-Tees reached £169,204.

This was up from £168,640 in January, representing a 0.3 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 11.8 per cent.
