House prices in Stockton-on-Tees have gone up by an average of over £700 in the month of January, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in January 2023 average house prices in Stockton-on-Tees reached £168,571.

This was up from £167,793 in December, representing a 0.5 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 12.2 per cent.
