A Darlington landlord is hosting an event in Bishop Auckland to guide property developers and investors through a maze of information about their pensions.
Paul Million stages monthly events as part of the The Developers Network North East, and has his next one on Thursday August 25th at Auckland Castle in Market Place, Bishop Auckland to look at Small Self Administered pension schemes (SSAS).

Paul has been developing property in Darlington for nearly three decades and has a diverse portfolio ranging from a small industrial estate and commercial to residential/supported tenancies, commercial conversions and developments, single let accommodation, house shares and serviced apartments.
He has a portfolio of 60 Buy to let properties, in addition to 30 properties in 50/50 joint ventures.
There will be two guest speakers: Lars Singleton, who looks after 650 small business pensions, and Daniel Torres, who specialises in SSAS pensions.
As Covid struck, he and his business partner developed some online tools which will be shared at the event, which starts at 6pm and ends around 9.30.
