SOME of the latest plans lodged with the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority include:

Erection of an agricultural worker's dwelling with associated curtilage, parking and package sewage treatment plans on land at Fellside, Far Westhouse, Ingleton.

Householder planning permission sought for the erection of a single-storey side extension to provide a sun room at Garrs Croft, Low Lane, Grassington and householder planning permission sought for a two-storey side extension at 3 Orchard Cottages, Far Lane, Kettlewell.

Some of the latest applications granted approval in the national park include listed building consent to remove old cement and lime pointing and re-point only at Low Ryelands Farm, Arncliffe; demolition of existing agricultural building and replacement with new building, Inmans Farm, Skyreholme and listed building consent to remove existing cast iron gutter and replace with black aluminium at Manor Farm, Threshfield.

Permission is also given to demolish existing lean-to and replacement with larger lean-to at Stable Cottage, Clapham and rear dormer window, front entrance porch and repositioning of external bedroom wall at 5 Hill Top Close, Embsay.

Permission also granted for alterations to provide staff accommodation, erection of boundary wall with gate and installation of air source heat pump at The Coach House, Netherside Hall, Threshfield.
