- Durham County Council is to hold its annual meeting this morning.
- The meeting is being held in the council chamber at County Hall at 10am, and will be live-streamed.
- The leader of the joint administration, Councillor Amanda Hopgood, will also announce a deputy leader and cabinet members.
- Also on the agenda will be the election of a chair and vice chair for the next year, an annual review of the constitution, appointments to committees and other council bodies.
