FLOWERS have been placed at the scene where a 40-year-old cyclist died after being hit by a lorry in Northallerton.
The pictures show a sunflower and some roses that were left at the scene as well as a bouquet of flowers left strapped to a nearby lamppost.
Officers say the incident happened at around 2.50pm on Saturday, January 22 at the roundabout connecting Brompton Road and Quaker Lane.

Police are appealing for information after the incident and are also urging anyone with dashcam footage or CCTV footage from the moments leading up to it get in touch.
According to police, the cyclist was riding a dark-coloured bike and the lorry was a Scania HGV.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed they were called to the scene at 2.52pm.

Police have yet to confirm the identity of the cyclist.
