HEXHAM and Northern Marts made a presentation to Mr Roy Coe, Mart Foreman at the Hexham Anniversary Sale earlier this month in recognition of over thirty years dedicated service at both the town centre Hexham & Tynedale Mart premises and since 1995 at the modern Tyne Green complex.

Undoubtedly one of the greatest characters at Hexham Mart Roy has been a constant presence for many decades; first there in the morning and last to leave at night and whilst he will remain with the company he will now enjoy a new role in an advisory capacity.

The Directors would like to congratulate both Roy and Anne Coe and thank them for their continued efforts on behalf of the company.

Hexham and Northern Marts Michael Walton a director at the mart made the presentation to Mr Coe.

Hexham and Northern Marts have been established for over 100 years as the key regional auctioneers for livestock auctions and agricultural services.

Meanwhile, Primestock wanted. Livestock Auctions are held weekly at Hexham and Scots Gap. Collective, furniture and machinery auctions are held quarterly at Rothbury and Hexham.
