A PASSENGER has been arrested following an incident at Teesside Airport.
Staff confirmed a passenger was arrested prior to a flight departing this evening.
A spokesperson for Teesside Airport said: “Earlier this evening a passenger was arrested prior to the Alicante flight departing. There was no delay to airport operations and the aircraft left on time.
"This is now a police matter and we won’t be commenting further.”
