A CCTV image issued in connection with the theft of cigarettes from a shop in Middleton Tyas
POLICE are appealing for witnesses and information after a man stole cigarettes from Middleton Tyas Community Shop at 11.40am on Saturday.
Officers said he distracted the cashier and ran out of the store with the items, making no attempt to pay and have issued a CCTV image of a man who they believe could help the investigation.
