PLANS are afoot to launch a new coronavirus vaccination site in North Yorkshire next month.
NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) confirmed it has been working with local partners to develop a vaccination site in Ripon.
A spokesperson for the CCG said: "This site identified is Ripon racecourse.
"The plan is that this site will launch in early February subject to confirmation of vaccine supply."
