POLICE arrested a man after a car was found in a ditch near York.
A member of the public called police about a car in a ditch on the B1224 near Bilton-in-Ainsty, traffic constable David Minto said on Twitter.
He added: "Males seen walking away @OscarRomeo1268 & I attend address of registered keeper who provides positive breath test."
The man has been released under investigation while samples are examined by a forensics team.
