A FEMALE pedestrian is in hostpital being treated fro serious head injuries after a collision in Middlesbrough.
Cleveland Police is appealing for witnesses, including drivers with dash cam footage, to a collision on the A66 eastbound at the traffic light junction of Normanby Road, South Bank.
The collision happened just before 2.40pm on Friday, September 18 and involved a 35-year-old female pedestrian and a blue Citroen C3.
The woman was taken to James Cook University Hospital and is still there receiving treatment for serious head injuries.
Anyone with information which could help inquiries is asked to contact the Cleveland & Durham Specialist Operations Unit via the 101 number, quoting Ref 153223.
