FOUR men were arrested after an incident outside a nightclub over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Police were called to Inside Out on Beaumont Street, in Darlington, in the early hours of Monday, May 6 after security workers at the club had detained four men.
The men were allegedly found carrying drugs with the intent to sell.
Security at t3 Security detained the men and informed the police.
A spokesperson for Durham Constabulary said: "Police were called to Inside Out on Beaumont Street on Monday May 6 at around 3am following reports of drug activity.
"Two men aged 23 and two men aged 24 were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply, they have since been released under investigation.
"Enquires are ongoing."
