A JUDGE has demanded a medical report report before dealing with a teenager for dangerous driving.
Isaac Samuel claims he was suffering a panic attack when he committed the offence on roads in Stockton last October.
The 18-year-old’s lawyer told Teesside Crown Court that he has a history of complains and his doctor will be able to confirm it.
John Nixon, defending, said the panic attack was linked to sleep-deprivation and insomnia.
Samuel, of Atlantic Crescent, Stockton, has admitted dangerous driving and having no insurance.
Judge Sean Morris told him: “The court would like more information about this panic attack, which may or may not be relevant to this case, so it will be adjourned for 28 days.”
