A HOLIDAY cottage has been singled out to receive a customer service award from VisitEngland.
The Old Vicarage, in Richmond, has been awarded the ROSE Award, in recognition of service excellence, which is made annually to just 100 accommodation providers across England out of the 20,000 establishments assessed under VisitEngland’s nationally recognised quality rating scheme.
The Old Vicarage, set in spacious private grounds just outside the hamlet of Marrick currently holds a five-star Gold Award under the VisitEngland rating scheme. The property offers luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests.
Owner Julia Carr said: “We are extremely proud to have been recognised in this way. We always try and go the extra mile to ensure that all our guests have the very best holiday experience possible and get the most out of their visit to The Old Vicarage and the Yorkshire Dales.”
