ONE of Richmondshire’s rising young stars has been rewarded for her performance as Eliza Doolittle.
Sophie Montgomery took the prize for ‘Best Junior Performance' at the National Operatic and Dramatic Association in the North, for her performance in My Fair Lady with the Richmond Operatic Society.
Sophie, 17m from Aldbrough St John, has been a pupil of the Richmondshire Youth Theatre group since 2012.
