A SUCCESSFUL freelance photographer has developed a new drone venture.
David Bridgen has launched DroneCam Solutions Ltd which covers Yorkshire and the North-East. Based in Harrogate, the 31 year-old is Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) certified and is a member of the Drone Safe Register of fully qualified and insured pilots and operators.
Drones are quickly becoming increasingly popular to market properties, agricultural and commercial premises, surveying work and for the hotel and leisure industry.
They are said to be more cost effective than hiring a light aircraft, and more flexible than aerial masts.
DroneCam Solutions, which has its own website, uses state of the art equipment and offers a live video link so clients can watch in high definition what footage is being captured as it happens.
"Our 4k filming capabilities give clients a cinematic feel and the picture is of an equally high standard from well positioned angles and heights," said Mr Bridgen, who is originally from Darlington.
The company undertakes commissions from estate agents, surveyors and marketing agencies, as well as an ever growing range of industries that are finding the benefits of drones.
