TELFER Patricia Anne Pat June 23rd, passed away peacefully at home, dearly loved wife of the late David, devoted mother of Emma & Simon, mother-in-law of Rob & Sarah, loving grandma of Lottie, Kit, Holly, Jasmine & Harry. Funeral Thursday 11th July. Friends please meet for service at All Saints' Church, Blackwell at 1.15p.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only.
