HARRISON Dr Martyn Born 20th March 1947, died peacefully on 10th March 2024 at home in Thirlby, surrounded by his loving family. Dr Harrison was a family GP in Thirsk from 1978 to 1990. The funeral will be held at Maple Park Crematorium on Thursday 28th March 2024 at 10 am. No flowers, please, but donations to Community Works Foodbank or The Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation.Tributes

Martyn was a man we will always remember for his kindness and lovingly making us nice lemonade. He made us feel welcome and we've had a lot of good talks and discussions about life.
Knowing him for such a long time he had an impact on our life and we will always remember him with love.
We wish his family strenght and lots of love.
