LAMBERT John Richard Isabel, Sandra, Gwen and family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy, for the many cards, letters and flowers received following their sad loss. Special thanks to Mike Haygarth for a fitting tribute to Richard. To Richard Sanderson funeral director for his help and guidance, to the Pantry for a lovely Tea, a special thankyou to Dr Plews and her team, the Macmillan Nurses to for their care, also to the carers daily. To Doctors, Nurses and staff at central Dales Practice, finally grateful thanks for the generous donations in memory of Richard for Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre, Northallerton.
