The vendors inform us that the rental income for a two bedroom lodge would averagely be between £1,000 to £1,100 per week and for a three bedroom lodge, £1,295 per week. These figures with a high percentage occupancy throughout the year result in high yields - a great inverstment! Interested parties must satisfy themselves in this regard via the management company.
