DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL EGTON WAY & KILLIN ROAD, DARLINGTON (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE), ORDER 2018

Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:

EGTON WAY

Link footpath to The Firs, on the south side of 10 Egton Way

KILLIN ROAD

Link footpath to Atholl Close, on the south side of 20 Killin Road and link footpath on the south side of 17 Killin Road

The Order is necessary to permit cable installation works on behalf of Northern Powergrid.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 5th November2018. Dated: 23rd October2018 I Williams
