A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 27 July 2018 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 27 July 2018 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
