DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL FOOTPATH 13 & 6, NEASHAM (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE), ORDER 2017
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:

FOOTPATH NO. 13, NEASHAM Entirely
FOOTPATH NO. 6, NEASHAM Entirely

The Order is necessary to enable works to the steps on the flood bank by the Environment Agency. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 11th September 2017, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 months.
