DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL BISHOPTON LANE, DARLINGTON (TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT), ORDER 2017
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be:
40mph SPEED LIMIT BISHOPTON LANE
From the south side of Hill House Lane junction southwards to the access road for Dales House Farm
The Order is necessary to ensure safety during construction works at Moor House Wind Farm
The maximum duration of the temporary restriction under this Order is 18 months commencing from 18th May 2017.
