(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 66) CREATION ORDER 2017
The above named Order made on the 28th February 2017 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create the public footpath to the east of Moorfields Estate, Darlington described in Part 1 of the Schedule below and as shown on the Order Map. Please see below for details as to how to view the Order and how to make representations or object.
PART 1 - FOOTPATH TO BE CREATED
Starting at E, NZ 31175 13480 on Richmond Way and going east, through a kissing gate, for approximately 20 metres to F, NZ 31199 13481 and then north and east via existing footpaths in the nature reserve and through a kissing gate to G, NZ 31307 13515 at Salters Lane, Bridleway 37 Darlington. Width - 2 metres
PART 2 - LIMITATIONS
A kissing gate at west end at Richmond Way (NZ 31175 13480) and a kissing gate near the east end approaching the junction with Public Bridleway 37 Darlington (NZ 31297 13523) at Salters Lane. Both gates are Centrewire mobility kissing gates to standard BS 5709.2006 and are on land owned by Darlington Borough Council, who will be responsible for maintenance.

The above named Order made on the 28th February2017under section 118 ofthe HighwaysAct1980 will extinguish the public footpath to the east of Moorfields Estate, Darlington described in the Schedule below and as shown on the Order Map. The said Order will nottake effectuntil the Darlington Borough Council (Public Footpath No. 66) Creation Order 2017comes into operation.

Anyrepresentations aboutor objections to either Order maybe sent in writing to the AssistantDirector - Lawand Governance, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT (ref: AE) not later than the 6th April 2017. Please state the name of the Order about which you are making representation or objection and state grounds upon which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Darlington Borough Council may confirm the Orders as unopposed. Ifeither or both Order is sentto the SecretaryofStatefor theEnvironment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order(s).
