I, Joseph Michael Baggaley, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence at Address of Premise:- Earth Warriors, 76a Skinnergate, Darlington, County Durham, DL3 7LX. The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from Monday to Friday 10:00am until 9:30pm, Saturday 9:00am until 9:30pm, Sunday 10:00am until 4:00pm.

Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representation must give notice in writing to The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by Monday, 15th of August 2022. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable to on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false representation in or connection with this application.
