Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Road Closure) 2022 Newbiggin Lane & Corner Bank Lane, Heighington

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order
under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the
effect of which will be to close:

NEWBIGGIN LANE - Entirely
CORNER BANK LANE - Entirely

Access for residents and businesses only. An
alternative route will be signed via A68, White
House Lane and vice versa.
The Order is necessary to allow road resurfacing works.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 4th April 2022, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 7 weeks.
