CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) MOOR ROAD, BURLEY, ILKLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works proposed to be executed on or near Moor Road, Burley, llkley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Moor Road from a point outside 'The Hermit' public house to a point outside The Hermit' public house. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be

available via Moor Road (unaffected section), Hillings Lane, Bingley Road,

Bradford Road, Burley Road, Bradford Road, A65 llkley Road, Coutances

Way, Leeds Road, Brook Street, Station Road, Cowpasture Road and vice

versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 31st January 2022 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 4th February 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of January 2022.
