Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Gale Lane, Nawton - Order 2021, No. 315. We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Gale Lane, Nawton due to works. The maximum duration of this Order will be from 25/10/21 until 31st March 2022 inclusive, however it Is envisaged that the Order will be in force for two weeks during this tlmescale. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 25.54/17/1, Kirkbymoorside, Order 2021 No 134. Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 25.54/17/1 Kirkbymoorside between grid reference SE69648627 & SE69688628 to ensure public safety during building works has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 15/05/22 or until the completion of the works (whichever Is the earlier) under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. Temporary Prohibition off all Traffic, Unsurfaced Unclassified Road (U482/9/50, Leavening) -Order 2021, No.31. We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle Including any pedestrian, cyclist or horse rider from using UUR U482/9/50, Leavening, between grid reference SE79106450 & SE79316321 for a temporary period of 18 months (subject to access to premises) between 23/10/21 & 22/04/23 to allow repair work to be undertaken and to let the route recover. However once some of the works have been completed the route can be reopened for pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders only. This will be signed on site at the appropriate time. The closure period will apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
