THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BURRS COUNTRY PARK/WOODHILL RD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Woodhill Rd, Bury - Easterly side from a point 15m south of the southerly kerb line of Hunstanton Drive to opposite a point 34m north of the northerly kerb line of Hunstanton Dr

Access Rd (east of Stock St) leading to car park located between Stock St & Hunstanton Dr- easterly side from a point 33m north of the north easterly kerb line of Woodhill Rd to its end

Stock St, Bury - Easterly side from the north easterly kerbline of Woodhill Rd for a distance of 15m in a northerly direction

Woodhill Rd, Bury - North easterly side from a point 11.6m north-west of the westerly kerb line of Stock St to a point 190m north-west of the westerly kerb line of Stock St

How Lane, Bury - Southerly side (opp Brown Cow Inn) from its junction with the access road leading to the Brown Cow Inn, to its end.

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BEECH AVENUE, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Beech Avenue, Radcliffe - between No.l and No.31 (junction with Sycamore Avenue)

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate gas works

The alternative route will be via Sycamore Avenue, Flm Avenue and Ringley Road West and vice-versa

The proposed Order will come into operation on 11/10/21 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works will be until 17/11/21 (approximately 6 weeks). Dated 30/09/21
