Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2021/23096/VAR.
Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 2 (approved plans) on planning permission referenced 2017/18269/FUL granted 26 September 2017 for Mr Leslie Ingham.
Location: Dovetail Colne Road Cowling BD22 0NN
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/23206/LBC.
Proposal: Re-pointing of specified elevations. Re-roofing of main roofs for North Craven Building Preservation Trust.
Location: The Folly Victoria Street Settle BD24 9EY
Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/23146/FUL.
Proposal: Conversion from shop and dwelling to single dwelling with small rear extension and demolition of part of outbuilding for Mr K Toor.
Location: Armitages Stores 2 Brougham Street Skipton BD23 2EN
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/23147/HH.
Proposal: Demolish outbuilding and level, lay tarmac for off street parking for Mrs Denise Mitchell.

Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area.

Proposal: Surfacing of existing access / bridleway and diversion of bridleway for Wenningdale Leisure.
Location: Bentham Golf Course Robin Lane High Bentham LA2 7AG
Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: 2021/232087HH.
Proposal: Repairs and minor alterations to existing front boundary wall and installation of railings for Mrs Lianne Butler.
Location: 2 Pendle View Giggleswick BD24 OAZ
Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The applications are available to view and for comment online at
