North Yorkshire County Council, Extension To 30 Mph Speed Limit, B6271 Moor Lane Through Yafforth Village, Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that on 17/08/21 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road specified:- Roads in The Village Of Yafforth, 30mph Speed Limit, B6271 - Moor Lane, Yafforth, from the north edge of the property boundary of The Mount for a distance of 128m in a North Westerly direction. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 28/08/21, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton, during normal office hours between 27/08/21 and 28/09/21 and also available to be viewed online at

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained In It, on the grounds that it Is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 17/08/21 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
