FOOTPATH 1 LOW DINSDALE & FOOTPATH 4 LOW DINSDALE
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE), ORDER 2021
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
FOOTPATH 1 LOW DINSDALE
From its junction with Footpath 4 Low Dinsdale westwards for 200 metres
FOOTPATH 4 LOW DINSDALE
From its junction with Footpath 1 Low Dinsdale northwards for 150 metres
The Order is necessary to enable construction of a housing development. An alternative route will be signed around the perimeter of the site.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 18th February 2021.
