DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) 2021 JEDBURGH DRIVE, DARLINGTON
Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
JEDBURGH DRIVE
From the western boundary of number 144 Jedburgh Drive westwards for 15metres
An alternative route will be signed via Malvern Crescent
The Order is necessary to allow works to install a drainage manhole.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing From 1 st February 2021, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 3 weeks.
