DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 [TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) 2020 BOWEN ROAD, DARLINGTON
Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
BOWEN ROAD
From its junction with Bates Avenue northwards to the northern boundary of 37 Bowen Road
The Order is necessary to allow works to reline the sewer.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 25th January 2021, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 1 week between 0830 and 1700hours only.
