Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) The Metropolitan Borough Of Bury (Crag Avenue, Summerseat) Temporary Closure Order 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Crag Ave, Summerseat - Temp Road Closure. The closure is in place to enable Carriageway resurfacing works to take place.

The proposed Order comes into operation on 08/06/20 and remains in force for up to 6 months (anticipated duration of works 4 weeks). Dated 28/05/20 Council Solicitor
