ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1004 [TEMPORARY SUSPENSION) 2020 BELLS PLACE, DARLINGTON

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be:

To Suspend Schedule 43.00 from the Darlington Borough Council (Moving Traffic) Consolidation Order 2010 to allow construction traffic to enter Bells Place from Skinnergate

The Order is necessary to allow refurbishment works tc Abbott's Yard Car Park.

The maximum duration of the temporary suspension under this Order is 18 months commencing from 4th May 2020. Dated: 8th April 202G I Williams
