(B7059 Station Road, West Linton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019
The Scottish Borders Council (B7059 Station Road, West Linton) (Temporary
Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration
of 18 months, will come into force on 18 September 2019 and is expected to
remain in effect for a period of three days between the hours of 08:00 and 15:30.
The Order is required for patching works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit
to be driven any vehicle along the B7059 Station Road, West Linton.
The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the A701, A72, A721, A702 and
B7059 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained with minor delays.
